RESERVATIONS

 

1. You must call in  before Noon on Tuesday prior to each tournament. Leave your name and indicate if you are playing a match and against whom. A Text message is preferable.  We will NOT chase you down!  If you fail to call in and show up on Sunday, we cannot guarantee you a spot.

2. Matches will be set up only if you notify prior to the tournament day. NO requests will be honored on tournament day.

 

3. All cancellations after Tuesday must be called in, otherwise you will be responsible for Green Fees.

 

4. NO SHOW- on tournament day, you will be responsible for Green Fees
